Grievance Redressal

Procedure for lodging and resolving complaints related to scholarships and the portal.

Infins Charitable Foundation (ICF) is committed to fair, transparent, and timely redressal of grievances related to the ICF Scholarships portal and scholarship programs.

1. Scope

This mechanism covers grievances regarding:

  • Registration or login issues
  • Application submission, status, or verification delays
  • Document upload or technical errors
  • Scholarship selection or disbursement concerns
  • Data privacy and misuse of personal information
  • Conduct of ICF staff or authorized verification personnel

2. How to Lodge a Grievance

  1. Online: Submit a detailed complaint via the Contact Us form with subject "Grievance – [Application No. if applicable]".
  2. Email: Write to support@icf.org with your registered name, mobile number, application number, and description of the issue.
  3. Helpline: Call the number listed on the portal during working hours.

3. Information to Include

  • Full name and registered mobile/email
  • Application or registration reference number
  • Scholarship scheme name
  • Clear description of the grievance with relevant dates
  • Supporting documents or screenshots, if applicable

4. Resolution Timeline

5. Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the response within the stipulated timeline, you may reply to the acknowledgement email requesting escalation to the Grievance Nodal Officer. Escalated cases will be reviewed by senior administration.

6. Confidentiality

All grievances are handled confidentially. Retaliation against applicants who raise genuine concerns is strictly prohibited.
