These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ICF Scholarships portal operated by Infins Charitable Foundation (ICF) ("ICF", "we", "us"). By registering, applying for a scholarship, or using this portal, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Registration
- You must meet the eligibility criteria specified for each scholarship scheme before applying.
- Registration requires accurate personal details. One account per applicant is permitted unless expressly authorized by ICF.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
2. Application Process
- All information and documents submitted must be genuine, complete, and verifiable.
- Providing false, misleading, or forged information may lead to rejection, cancellation of scholarship, recovery of disbursed amounts, and legal action.
- ICF reserves the right to verify documents, conduct field visits, or seek additional information at any stage.
- Submission of an application does not guarantee selection or disbursement.
3. Scholarship Selection & Disbursement
- Selection is based on merit, eligibility, document verification, and availability of funds, as per scheme guidelines.
- Disbursement shall be made to the bank account details provided by the applicant, subject to successful verification.
- ICF may modify, suspend, or discontinue any scholarship scheme with reasonable notice on the portal.
- Scholarship amounts, once disbursed, are non-transferable and must be used for educational purposes only.
4. Applicant Obligations
- Inform ICF promptly of any change in contact details, academic status, or bank account information.
- Cooperate with verification officers and respond to queries within stipulated timelines.
- Not misuse the portal, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with portal operations.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this portal—including text, logos, design, and software—is owned by ICF or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute portal content without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
ICF shall not be liable for delays, technical failures, or losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The portal is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Termination
ICF may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, submit fraudulent information, or misuse the portal. You may contact the helpline to request account closure.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at New Delhi, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
